Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
1.1. All bookings must be made in advance and confirmed by AMO Chartered Buses and Cars.
1.2. A deposit of Php 5,000.00 per unit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
1.3. Full payment must be made at least 2 days before the scheduled service.
1.4. Payments can be made via bank transfer or deposit.
1.5. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Cancellations made 10 days before the service date will be eligible for a full/partial refund.
2.2. Cancellations made within 2 days of the service date will not be eligible for a refund.
2.3. AMO Chartered Buses and Cars reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
2.4. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days.
3. Changes and Amendments
3.1. Any changes to bookings must be requested at least 5 days in advance.
3.2. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.3. Last-minute changes may not be accommodated.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
4.1. Passengers must adhere to all local laws and regulations while using our services.
4.2. Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicles.
4.3. Any damage caused to the vehicle due to passenger negligence will be charged to the customer.
4.4. Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the agreed time to avoid delays.
5. Driver and Company Rights
5.1. The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
5.2. AMO Chartered Buses and Cars reserves the right to substitute a vehicle of similar standard in case of unforeseen circumstances.
5.3. The company will not be held liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
6. Liability
6.1. The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.
6.2. The company shall not be liable for any indirect losses, including missed flights, meetings, or events due to unforeseen delays.
7. Force Majeure
7.1. AMO Chartered Buses and Cars shall not be held responsible for service disruptions due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
8. Complaints and Disputes
8.1. Any complaints must be reported in writing within 2 days of service completion.
8.2. Disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of Las Piñas City.
