Cancellation Policy

1. General Terms By booking a vehicle with AMO Chartered Buses and Cars, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. 2. Booking Process All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking platforms. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking, containing trip details and payment receipt. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when booking. Any discrepancies may result in cancellation or additional charges. 3. Payment and Fees Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking, depending on the service selected. As of the moment, we only accept bank transfers and deposits. Any additional charges, such as overtime fees or last-minute changes, will be billed separately. 4. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 24-48 hours of the trip are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the trip are non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals beyond the grace period will not be eligible for a refund. 5. Modifications to Bookings Customers may request modifications at least 24 hours before the trip. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. 6. Vehicle Availability and Substitution While we strive to provide the selected vehicle, we reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle in case of unforeseen circumstances. 7. Passenger Responsibilities Customers must adhere to all local traffic laws and safety regulations. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the booking party. Smoking, illegal activities, and excessive intoxication are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. 8. Force Majeure AMO Chartered Buses and Cars shall not be liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, accidents, or government restrictions. 9.
